It is commonly said that: temptations are more intense these days, that we ought to look somewhere else other than the scriptures to understand ourselves, our purpose and life in general. It is said that things and times have changed and so should be our reasoning that people should be allowed to believe wat they want to as long as they don’t do it at the expense of others or as long as it works for them and that all religion, faith or belief system must be accommodated somehow. These ideas are in line with Gods word on the contrary. Scripture clearly discriminate any belief, faith, worship or action that is not in line with Gods word. Let’s see from the scripture itself: “…and how from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.” 2 Timothy 3:15-‬17 ESV‬ SCRIPTURE ALONE‬‬‬‬‬
