Sola fide means that believers are declared righteous by faith alone through Jesus Christ (Rom.3:24-26).It is by faith in Jesus Christ that our sins are forgiven. Faith comes by hearing the Word of God (Rom.10:10).Faith is what pleases God, without it, it is impossible to please God (He.11:6).
As we celebrate 500 years of Reformation, we can be comforted to know that through the sacrifice of Christ on the cross,
by Faith we are made children of God. We have peace with God. We can talk with our Father every day because of what Christ has done for us on the cross.
We are called to live by Faith that pleases God, in our work, school and in our spiritual walk-
